I have question I have applied for a nationalisation certificate so it's been now exactly three months. so I am worried about how long it will take normally. my case is very simple and straightforward. Please let me know normally how long it will take.

This is not applying for a 'certificate', which infers a replacement certificate has been applied for.

The standard time frame, as clearly stated on UKVI website, is up to 6 months. It is up to UKVI to determine if an application is straightforward or not. It is not for you to determine.
