Newborn's first UK passport from India - Additional Doc query

Hello,
We applied for a British passport for my newborn son in India in April,
We have been chasing for updates for a long, My wife received an email to send additional documents,
We already sent it when submitting the application but they asked again.
1. Original Birth Certificate (Mother's)
2. Passport Color photocopies
3. Baby's vaccination certificate
4. Naturalization Certificate Original (Father's)
5. OCI card
6. Passport color prints
So my question is,
1. We would like to send all the documents from here to the Liverpool office, but In my British Passport I have an old address, now I am staying in temporary accommodation.
If I send documents to the Liverpool office in the return envelope cover can I put the temporary address details? and make a cover letter to send documents to this temporary address is it enough?
or do I need to ask them to change the address on the application to a new address or change of address?
as it's already been delayed I don't want to get more complicated the things,
Can someone kindly advise on this please,
Thanks for your time
Regards

First British passport applications for British children born in India are known to take between six months to a year. You are well within that range.
I would suggest stating the address where you are confident that you will get the documents back. That can be the address of a family member or a close friend who would be willing to sign for the documents.
But I have no personal knowledge of this. Wait for others to advise further.

This is an identity interview - you will likely be asked loads of random personal questions which only you can answer.

Here's a link on the subject, not specifically relating to children but gives examples of questions:
