Hi All - I did check on the forum but was not able to find a similar question and I am sure it exists. I got ILR on 19 Oct 2022. Can I apply for Naturalisation using online form, 28 days before that and get a biometric appointment for 19 October 2023? Or I can only apply on 19 October 2023?

Is the date of application considered the same date when I apply for application online, and hence I suspect Incant apply before 19 Oct 2023?

No. Naturalisation is not an immigration application (the immigration pathway ends at ILR) and the 28 days prior concession does not apply.

Apply on or after the first anniversary of you being granted ILR.

Many thanks. A change is circumstance now. So on the day I will apply I might be at one address and after that I am buying a house or renting and changing address. How does that impact my application?

Will the home office challenge that I am no longer at the address and I end up wasting time in giving further clarification?

If no impact, my letter might end up going to my previous address, how do I address that?

These days approvals come by email normally, though they could still use ordinary mail.
If you are changing address in the short term why not wait with the application until you are actually at the new address?
You can apply anytime from your anniversary date onwards. Avoids complications.
