11 months waiting for naturalisation

I applied for naturalisation in November 2022 as the spouse of a BC. Did biometrics in early December 2022. Until now I have not got any response.

I have emailled FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk asking for an update 4 times, but each time I have got nothing back except the automatic reply. I also emailled complaints@homeoffice.gov.uk with a complaint yesterday, let's see if they reply.

I also emailled by MP who contacted HO on my behalf and got a generic reply, along the lines of "enquiries are still ongoing, not all cases can be decided within 6 months". That was in June. I emailled the MP again in August and they said they would contact HO again for another update. As of today, the MP has not received any reply to the second enquiry.

What should I do? Just keep waiting? This delay seems ridiculous, it's very frustrating. Thank you in advance for any advice.
