Mistakes made after submitting application

Hello,
Please I need urgent help regarding name
The name is my original name with her surname just an illustration Joe Smith-Mark but my name is without the Mark now
I submitted my application few days ago but I noticed under where it says other name I wrote another name that I used back some years ago
And also says reason: I wrote my aunt added her name to mine because I was traveling with her as a child: I was meant to say my aunt added her surname to mine as a child (16years old then) because I was with her then.
Then says Have you ever entered the UK using this name: I said yes but it's No
Also note I don't use that name anymore. I used it on my daughter death certificate but I have stop using it not on. So I only use illustration Joe Smith
What can I do please. My biometric appointment is on Wednesday the 11th Oct. Please urgent assistance is required
