British Citizenship additional applicant form need help

Hi everyone
I am applying for British citizenship along with my wife. I can include family members in my application. I added my wife to my application. She also needs to fill up the British citizenship form. I selected the relationship: Partner 18 or older in my application account. I checked the answer after finishing all the forms. I am confused.
For the "Convictions and other penalties"
My form has this question " At any time have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country?" I choose No. and I can see this question& answer on the answer page.
but my wife's form doesn't have this question.
Does it mean I can't add my wife to my application? We all apply for British citizenship, Why the form is different? does she need an individual application account?
and this question “Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?", We all apply for British citizenship, if my wife uses her individual account and my little one is a British citizen. the answer is yes or no
Thanks for your help

You don't need separate forms (and there aren't different forms as such) and you can use one account.
Just answer the the questions as they are asked - if one or two questions are not there then you don't have to answer them.
If you don't have dependents not applying with you this time answer would be yes, otherwise no.

Does your wife have anything to declare under there? If so, you can add it to the covering letter. If not, you can ignore the question.

She has nothing to declare under it.
And more questions are not in her form.
Do you have a valid national identity card?
National identity card number
Issuing authority
Issue date (if applicable)
Expiry date (if applicable)
Do you currently hold, or have you ever held, any other nationality or citizenship?
So worry about that

Hi everyone
I am applying for British citizenship along with my wife. We will use an individual application account to fill up the application form. And We will submit form at same day. Like I will submit form this morning, my wife will submit it this afternoon.
So this question “Do you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?", my little one is a British citizen. I will fill up yes in my form and fill up no in my wife’s form. Correct?
