Life in UK test name and surname swapped

I pass the Life in UK test today. However, my name and surname are swapped over. The test centre has written an electronic note to my application, she said. I then called helpline the system cannot make any changes but they recommend me to add cover letter with my citizenship application. Anyone experiencing this before? I am thinking to re take exam but not sure if it is necessary. Thank you
