Verification on British Citizen by descent

Hi, Hope everyone is good. We need a verification on what our lawyers informed to us about British Citizenship by decent. Below is the mail received from them, posting here to get second opinion and verify if this is correct.
Background : Myself and wife are Indian Citizens (US Green card holders, Lived in US from 2004 to 2014), we moved to UK in 2014. We had a child in 2018 (born in UK). Me and my wife got ILR in Dec 2019. Our child got citizenship through naturalisation in Feb 2020. Father(myself) got citizenship through naturalisation in 2021. Mother is Indian citizen. We are expecting our second child who will be born in India next month. We involved a local immigration consultant to understand the status of children clearly and below is their response.
"Every UK citizen according to British Nationality law 1983, will be classified as "British Citizens by descent" or "British Citizen Otherwise than by descent". Yourself and your first child born in UK will be British Citizen Otherwise by descent (Naturalisation) - meaning you can pass on citizenship to one generation if the child is born outside UK. Your second child (who will be born in India) will be British Citizen by descent and wont be able to pass on citizenship, their children need to go through standard visa/naturalisation route. In the format you resquested, After your second child is born, Father - British Citizen, Mother - Indian Citizen, First child - British Citizen, Second child - British Citizen (by descent passed on through Father status). In future your first child can pass on citizenship to one generation but your second child cannot. Applying for british passport from overseas is not the same as applying from within UK and we will be happy to assist on this. Hope this helps."
This is aligned with what we read in gov website, posting to verify with the experts here.
