Good morning

I applied for passports for myself and my family a couple of weeks ago. Both my daughter and I have received our passports and supporting documents. However, my spouse’s application status remains at ‘we have received your documents’, and all I hear from the helpline is that it is still waiting to be examined.

Is this normal? Is there any action I can take to expedite the processing once it reaches the three-week mark?
