Lost ilr brp card

Hi, hope you all are well. I’ve just lost my ilr brp card while preparing for the British naturalisation application process. I’d like few clarification
1 can I still apply for the British naturalisation (have copies of my brp card)
2 should I apply for a replacement card before submitting the naturalisation application?
3 what’s the normal waiting time for a replacement card to arrive?
I would really appreciate any advice/ suggestions
