Adding further evidence to a submitted application after the biometrics appointment

Hi There,
So I applied for British citizenship back in June 2023.
I submitted all the evidence to the best of my knowledge.
But now after having a casual discussion with someone with a similar case to myself I am doubting that the evidence to fullfill English Language Requirement might not be sufficient.
So I arrived in UK in 2014, been a resident since, applied for ILR under EUSS (non-EU Spouse of EU national with Settled Status) in Sep 2020 and during the interview at the UKBA office in Croydon they said me being qualified ACCA member (now FCCA) does not fullfill the english language requirement and then they spoke to their supervisor and said that my certificate is fine and it does fullfill the langugage requirement and I received my ILR BRP in Dec 2020.
In June 2023 I contacted ECCTIS to issue a certificate of comparability for my ACCA (as it equates ACCA to UK Taught master's Degree) they said because the ACCA is a UK qualification I don't need a certificate and they can't issue one either but they confirmed the equivalance status.
So naive of me to just ignore this and thinking that Home office has previously accepted my ACCA so I should submit the same membership (no fellowship) certificate.
Apparently for EUSS ILR i did not need to prove my knowledge of english and just demnstrate the basic understading (ACCA was sufficient for that)
I have booked GESE Grade 5 (B1) at Trinity College London for tomorrow.
-My question is can I submit GESE Grade 5 (B1) certificate as additional evidence now, if yes, how do I go about it?
I have not received any update from Home office as of yet, so I assume the decision is still pending.
All other evidence is perfectly fine, I have been employed since I came to UK, homeowner for last 5 years, no conviction, no penalties, no complaints, no debts (apart form mortgage, ofcourse) and no health issues (so no burden on NHS either).
Thanks ever so much for all the members of this forum for the information that I have received here so far, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction and I'd be able to rectify my error, without having to reapply
