Hi,

I have submitted a naturalization application, but only after submission realised that surname of one of the referees menitoned in submitted AN form is different to that in referee form (surname changed after marriage). Could this be a problem? What can I do to amend it now? The biometrics is due on 28th Nov.

Write a covering note explaining the issue and upload with your other documents. It will be fine.
Alternatively ask the UKVCAS agent to upload for you. Note they cannot update your online form, they are not UKVI caseworkers.
