I want to apply for citizenship for my 16 year old daughter, we both came to England 2013, we had settled status under the eu scheme, 2020, I have naturalised as British, but my daughters mum lives in Spain, she has no connection to uk, although she consent to out daughter becoming British, I am just wondering if she can apply despite her mum has no connection to England

@Agbayemi why did you think posting the same thing five (5) different times would help you to get an answer?

It just gives us (forum moderators) more work to do.

Can you not do that, please?

Official Guidance: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... 1-guidance

On the face of it daughter can apply to be registered as British (form MN1).
Suggest you familiarise yourself with the official guidance. The guidance also specifies the documents required. Note that MN1 requirements are not the same as for adults.
The presence of both parents in the UK is not a requirement.
What is required though is both parents' consent - though there are cases where one parent doesn't wish to consent or is not available to give consent. The reasons need to be explained, but the mother seems to be ok with that and can sign for that.
