Am I eligible for citizenship?

IMMIGRATION HISTORY
July 2005 - Arrived the UK from Ghana on a student visa until Dec 2006.
Aug 2006 - Became dependent on my EEA national family whilst studying.
Jan 2007 - Extension granted on student visa until Dec 2007.
Mar 2008 - Leave granted for 5 years as a family member of an EEA national.
Feb 2013 - Applied for ILR outside the rules.
Dec 2013 - Refused as I was deemed to no longer qualify as an EEA family.
Feb 2014 - Sought Work Permit. Refused for being out of time.
Mar 2014 to Apr 2017 - Went through tribunal appeals.
Aug 2017 - Appeals process concluded with dismissal.
Aug 2017 - Sought asylum.
Aug 2018 - Asylum granted for 5 years until 2023.
Jul 2023 - Applied for ILR.
Nov 2023 - ILR granted.

Will I be eligible to apply for citizenship by Nov 2024?

Yes if you satisfy all the requirements.

You are certainly well prepared to list all your applications which the AN1 will ask for.

Yes you can apply exactly 12 months from the date you have been granted the ILR.

Thank you for your replies. Is it true if you didn't claim asylum within one month of coming to the UK, after you are eventually granted "Refugee ILR", you will wait another 5 years for citizenship instead of 12 months?

Whether something is true needs to be validated against the rules.
