My child is outside the UK and needs to join me

Hi everyone,
I hope someone can help in this difficulty I face.
I am doctor working in NHS since 2017. I received my ILR in March 2023 after unexplained unfair 8 months delay for no reason.
My son was born in the UK in 2019 BEFORE I get ILR.
He last visa finished in August 2022 and I didn't apply for renewal as I was waiting for my ILR which should be released early August 2022 then I was planning to apply for him to register as British citizen in August 2022 but unfortunately my ILR delayed 8 months till March 2023.
He and rest of my family needed to visit our home country from 5 months ago, he is currently living with my wife there.
My wife needs to comeback to UK to avoid staying longer than 180 days so she can apply for ILR once she arrice as she now completed 5 years stay. My wife currently has dependent visa that I applied for using my unique application number of my ILR application. Her visa end in another 2 years.
My question please :
1. What kind of visa I can apply for my son so he join us quickly and then we can apply for nationality from inside the UK?
2. I would like to avoid the expensive 1846 pounds visa that is granted for non British child of parent who has permission to be in the UK as a partner of a person settled in the UK. I have ILR but my wife doesn't have it yet.
3. So can I apply for VISITOR visa for my child as it is much cheaper 100 pounds then I can apply for nationality once he arrives in the UK?
4. Or can I apply for health care worker/skilled worker dependent visa for my child which is 300 pounds? But notice I have now ILR ao I don't know if this can be accepted or not.
5. If VISITOR or SKILLED WORKER both not suitable so I don't have any option except the very expensive visa 1800 or to apply for nationality from outside the UK? My question can I apply for my child to register as British citizen as he is born in UK before I got my current ILR. Can I apply for him from outside the UK as he doesn't have visa to enter the UK?
