Proof of residency EEA self-employed

Hi!
I'm applying for my citizenship by naturalisation and am uncertain of what documents to provide to prove my residency.
I am an EEA citizen married to a British Citizen, so need the 3 year evidence. My passport has never been stamped on entry/exit. I am self-employed so I don't have any P60s and can't provide a letter from an employer.
I've seen other posts here suggesting that council tax bills are OK, can anyone confirm that is *definitely* OK, please? And I'll then just need to scan and upload one for each of the three years in question?
Terrified of getting my application refused!!
Many thanks!
