i'm due to apply for my british naturalisation application as a of spouse of britsh citizen..
i been in the uk for 15 years and got the ilr on 2018 on 10 year long residency..got married in 2014 and my husband got his british citizenship in 2019.
i'm planning to apply as a british spouse i know you should be in the uk for minimum 3 years and the abscense should not be more than 270 days in last 3 years.
with residency requirement : i been here for 15 years hope that should be ok to quliafy for 3 years of residency.
absece requirement : 270 days that's were i'm slightly confused could some one please help me to understand this.
my question : i was out of the country from 19 November 2019 to 21st August 2021 ( stuck due to pandemic )..and then feb 2022 -march 2023.
if i caluclate my absence from 10 of january 2021 - to 10th of janaury 2024 it gets roughly : 253.
will they calculate my abscence from 10 th of january 2021 - 10th of janaury 2024 ? or will they calutlate from 2019 November to August. 2021.?

can i apply on 10th of januray 2024 or do i have to wait until August 2024 to apply for naturalisation.
how do they calucualte my absence please help me.

You can't apply in January 2024 because you were out of the country in January 2021 if I understand correctly. You can apply after the 22 August 2024. There is a requirement to be in the UK on the day 3 years prior to when you submit your application, so best to wait. Waiting until then will mean your absences will be below the threshold. Your absences will be calculated from the day you apply (let's say the 22 August 2024) going back three years (so back to the 23 August 2021). If you wait, keep in mind that your total absences for the last 12 months must be less than 90 days, and they would sum up with the rest of the absences you have already done from August 2021.

or do i have only one option to apply as british spouse now.
i know thier is 5 year abscence rule of 450 days for which i can ask for descrition due to global pandemic travel restrctions.

You can apply in your own right but bear in mind that you can't ask for discretion to waive absences after the borders reopened and it would help to show evidence that you were trying to come back but you couldn't (eg cancelled flights). I would suggest waiting until the summer is the safest option, and it's only a few more months to wait.

I'm not sure what discretion you plan to ask for? You were away for almost 2 years. This includes before COVID and well after COVID. My advise, wait it out as advised above.
