When you submit your online application the button "submit" is your attest the the facts being true and correct. This includes the documents you upload. They don't need to be certified.

Psychologists/psychotherapists don't seem to appear but the list is not exhaustive, so it is a grey area. If they are chartered the might be OK but hard to be sure. If they weren't suitable UKVI would ask you to supply a different referee.

• Scan in black and white

• File size limit is 6MB

• File types accepted are jpg, pdf, png

• Add a useful file description

• Check for any errors

You can scan in colour but there is a size limit of 6MB, that is why they recommend to upload documents scanned in black and white. As far as you respect the size limit, you can upload in colour if you wish, but not necessary.

You need to find a way to make those that don't fit the size limit less than 6MB - maybe scan those again in black and white and/or in lower resolution. The system will reject them if bigger than 6MB.

Do I need to scan the stamped pages only or do I need to scan all of the pages of the passport?

My point being, they may verify the entry and exit stamps against the entry and exit dates on the form. But would they not want to see if I am misstating the dates (as in hiding the dates etc, this is just me being overly cautious, I suppose)?

UKVI have other ways to verify your travel. They do not only look at your passport and the form.

No need to scan blank pages.
