Query regarding 'Convictions and other penalties' section of the application

Hello all,

I was a on Tier2 General visa, got my ILR on 11/01/2023 and currently completing the citizenship application for myself, my wife (tier2 dependant) and my son (tier2 dependant), who both also recieved their ILR on the same date.

After completing my citizenship application on the GOV portal, I was able to add my wife's and son's application on the same link.

In my application when filling out the 'convictions and other penalties' section, I was asked if I have ever been convicted or a penalty or an arrest, etc., I answered Yes to a FPN and gave details.

When filling out my son's application (under 18), the same questions were asked and the answer was a No.

Interestingly, when filling out the wife's application, the conviction question was never asked and went straight to the sex offendors register question. The wife has recieved an FPN for a driving offence with 3 penalty points. I am confused if I should mention it as an extra information and add an addendum to the application or leave it since they have not inquired about it?

Appreciate all the help that this forum brings.

Cheers.

Agree it's strange that a particular question is missing from wife's application.
But we wouldn't know, maybe a glitch in the system. If there's no question there's nothing to answer.
If you are nervous though wife could attach a note with her documents explaining.

I would explain in a cover note that she received a FPN.
