citizenship ceremony booking without approval email

Hi, I am able to book citizenship ceremony on county council website using my 16 digit application number and full name but didn’t receive any email approval from homeoffice. Does this mean that my application is approved and only some formality is pending from HO for them to send email to me but they have sent certificate to county council?

If you are on the council system it is likely that they have received your certificate, or certificate is in transit, and they will contact you in due course to book a ceremony. There's often a gap between asked to book a ceremony and receiving the approval email, sometimes up to a week. Council will only contact you once your certificate has been sent to them (I believe), and they are in the process of arranging the next ceremony. It has been reported by some applicants that they attended a ceremony without the email.
The email is FYI, the certificate is the document conferring citizenship.

It most likely means your application has been accepted and you can book the ceremony, there is often a delay in receiving the email from the home office. The council will want to see the official email from the home office though.
