Proof of living in the UK for 5 years

Dear All,
What document should I include for below category.
1) Proof of living in the UK for 5 years
2) If passport entry / exit stamps - is it just for last 5 years and pages with stamps only?

Yes - bio and stamped pages covering the 5 year period

Bio page - only of most recent passport right? my last travel was stamped in old passport.

You are not required to prove your tavel.

I have two more old (expired passports), will not add that.

Only of current passport (or expired passports that cover your qualifying period if you renewed it during it)
