Hi everyone,

My child born in UK and living for 10 years, and only travel 1 month holiday. Which form shall I use for her application TFORM or MN1? Parents are under child 7 year route visa.

And confused about documents, how can I prove she continuously lived in UK for 10 years?
Can I get any immigration history for her from HOME office to prove she lived all her life here?

Form T in this case, not Form MN1.

School records, GP records, DWP records of child benefit payments, etc.

I can provide school records, GP records. Parents were not British we are on Child 7 year private life visa. So we never received child benefit.

What other documents? Can I request home office for 10 year immigration history of my child, and attache both passports. I this case they can see child have lived whole life in UK?

GP records and school records should suffice.

Child 1 referee should be from school, doctor or Social worker. We don’t have a social worker. Doctor is not giving references, school head teacher is saying give our details we will provide references but they can’t give their passport number, and they are giving only school address. How can I answer the question that referee is living at this address for more than 3 years?

I am applying for a child, and child never took benefits I am using Format and no parents have ILR.

So for 1) what I should show?
2) what kind of document shall I provide for each parents?
3) I am doing the application online, and filled 2 referees options. But what declaration document shall I provide now?

It says use it MN1 form. Will it be ok using it for form T aswell?
And written consent from all those with parental responsibility does mother and father have to write on a simple paper? Or is their any specific document or format for it?

The MN1 form is for all referees for British nationality, applies to all of them. You can look at Section 6 here https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... -04-19.pdf and use the same wording for the parental consent (this is the paper application that people outside of the UK can use, so same requirements apply for online applicants)

But me and my family are on child 7 year route visa, and I applied for extension in June this year, and then my child turn 10 in August. And we are still waiting for home office response. Do I need to withdraw his previous application for applying 10 year British citizenship application?

There was a question called home office reference number, I already give the answer for it.
But question is do I need to withdraw, or simply write in covering letter about the previous application?

Can someone please reply me regarding my last question do I need to withdraw the pending application For my child? Before applying British citizenship application?

Hi everyone,

I need some help. My daughter born in this country got visa in 2020 child 7 year route, and we parents also got FLRfp visa. We did extension application in Last year June(with our daughter) , didn’t had any response yet.
In August my daughter turn 10.
Only home office emailed my solicitor and asked about our daughter that she qualify for ILR. Solicitor recommended not to apply for her ILR, and paying extra money we can apply for her British Citizenship application.
Now I want to apply for British citizenship application using formT.

Question is
1: Do I have to withdraw her FLRFP application?
2: how can I withdraw? First I have to submit formT then have to withdraw?
3: what will happen parents application during withdraw her FLRP?

We are all unpaid volunteers on the forum and sometimes the person with the right expertise needs to see your post in order to help, you only asked the question today, I'm sure some other member that can help will have a look an answer your query. From what I personally know, which could be wrong, I don't think you would get your money back at this stage of your child's FLRFP application, so not worth withdrawing it.

Then apply for British citizenship. This has nothing to do with an immigration application that is pending. Two completely separate things.

FLR(FP) is an immigration rules application.

British Citizenship is a Nationality LAW application.

If child is granted British citizenship, then this may benefit the parents’ FLR(FP) applications.

Once a child becomes British, the argument that it would not be reasonable to expect them to leave the UK becomes all the more compelling.

In December I have got letters from school GP, refrees. And all of them are dated of Dec.
Will it be ok if I will apply in start of Feb, or this week, and the letters dated in Dec?
