Referee form eligibility

Is there an eligibility period for the referee form? One of our forms was signed at the end of October 2023. Can we still use it with the application (biometrics coming up) or do we need a new form signed?

That's running 3 months later, while not aware of a fixed time frame for this, will suggest getting a new one done.
