Do I need to add ex-husband's detail on my daughter's application

Hi there,

I'm applying for UK citizenship through naturalisation for myself and registration as a British citizen for my daughter (14 years old). We both have ILR. I divorced my daughter's biological father and I hold the sole parental responsibility. I'm wondering if I still need to add my ex's details in the section of 'Parent and legal guardian details' on my daughter's form? Many thank.

With you having aole responsibility means he Ordinarily doesn't feature in either I.e. as parent or legal guardian.
To clarify; Is he involved in the child's life e.g. in her upbringing, visits, holidays to or with him?

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

No, the father has not been involved in my daughter's life in the last 5 years since I was granted the sole parental responsibility. He is not in this country.
