Do not tag onto another member's topic something not relevant to that case - start your own thread - done it for you continue here.

Children don't have an absence requirement.

"Child born in uk after one of parent got ilr"

If that is the case then the child is already British and no need for MN1. Can apply for passport directly.

Child is already British. Use your ILR BRP or official email communicating your ILR application was successful and apply for a British passport.

Processing time anywhere between three and six months. Six months is UKVI SLA target for nationality applications.

Is there any priority for mn1 application . If we have luck shall we get in 1 month . I am thinking if it take more time to get mn1 and uk passport will change my plan. To rephrase every application take minimum 2 or 3 months or anyone get in a month?

Nationality applications have no priority options. They are not immigration/visa applications.
Best not to make any travel plans.

I think standard processing time is 6 months. Can't really plan around that, as there are no options to expedite it.

Mn1 in process can we travel to India

Of course, child may return on a British passport. How did child previously return to the UK without a dependency visa?

After getting child’s Registration Certificate, apply for child’s British passport before leaving the UK.

Else, it may take a long time to apply for a first Child British Passport from India. If the child’s Indian passport is still valid, then a CoE-RoA may be quicker, but is more expensive.
