How many passports?

Hello,
I am applying for citizenship through 5-year route.
The checklist of required documents lists - The passport issued by... for...
There is no mention of previous passports, couple of which I had held during the 5 year qualifying period.
Proof of living in the UK for 5 years is all covered by council tax letters.
I did scan all my previous passports for ILR application in 2022.
Do I still need to supply the passports covering that 5 year period?

Only current passport is necessary if you are proving residence through council tax (only necessary if your passport doesn't get stamped).

ILR and citizenship are completely separate processes under different legislation, so requirements are different.

Thank you for the reply.
My passports are stamped but can I choose to upload council tax letters instead? I have already uploaded them in fact. I would need to scan the pages of 2 previous passports, because I lost one and then found it again. If there won’t be any harm I’d rather not scan them again.

As I said only current is necessary. Your choice what to upload of course
