Hi,

I have got my ILR in August 2023. I updated Home Office due to my name change, they sent me a new BRP with a different remark, it states No Time Limit on my new BRP. Can I still apply for British Citizenship in upcoming August? Thanks for the help.

Yes you can, provided you meet all other requirements. NTL, ILR, ILE and Settled status all point to the same thing that you're free from immigration restrictions. That's what you need to be to be able to apply for citizenship.

NTL is an administrative process by which a person with indefinite leave to enter
(ILE) or indefinite leave to remain (ILR) can apply for confirmation of this status on a
BRP. A person who has ILE or ILR is free of immigration time restrictions and
considered to be ‘settled’ in the UK (if ordinarily resident).
