What to do if Cannot Remember a FPN of Over 20 Years

Hi all.

Please can you advise me on some of my issues I noticed when starting UK naturalisation process please.

I have in 2002 - 2003 been in court for a FPN i think was for speeding but I do not remember the exact date or the fine I received. I know I received a fine but cannot remember. In 2005, the same I received another but again cannot remember. I did went to a court when I provided evidence and the judge gave me a fine to pay.

Last year I received 2 PCNs for parking and driving in bus lane (one paid straight and another contested and cancelled). I must said, last year offences, I was not the driver but the registered keeper, so it came under my name (my situation is very weird, I know).

My 1st question is how to declare these that are over 20 years and I cannot remember the exact date and outcomes?

My 2nd question is about the professional referee.

Can I use a friend that is a registered childminder since she is registered with Ofsted? also any healthcare worker qualifies for this as well? for instance, a clinical support worker? My GP that knows me over 21 years said GPs do not qualify anymore. My dentist said the same thing, people he did for came back with issues.

Please any insight into these appreciated.

It's been a very long time. provide all details you can remember, but you paid and never reoffended in the last 19 years. You will be OK

Last year I received 2 PCNs for parking and driving in bus lane (one paid straight and another contested and cancelled). I must said, last year offences, I was not the driver but the registered keeper, so it came under my name (my situation is very weird, I know). PCNs not a problem.

So if you have a friend who works as a nurse that would work - not any healthcare profession. Not sure about childminder as it doesn't appear on the official list.

Thank you so much. Really appreciate it.
I see social work on the list but what about a carer?
thanks

Do you want us to re-invent the wheel for you? The list is the list. If it's not there, no need asking "what if/of".

You would need to ask them if they are a qualified social worker. Many people work as carers without being members of professional bodies.
