Hi am sorry if this question has been asked before .
Immigration history
Arrived in UK on visitors visa 7/7/2007.overtayed which am not proud of.
Married my British wife 1/12/2012
Applied for Flr O in September 2013 refused and was asked to leave to my home country.
Was granted entry clearance in 01/01/2014 in home country
Arrived back in UK 24/02/2014
Granted IRL in 2019.
Can I please apply for nationalisation now considering this new good character requirement rule?or do I still have to wait after 24 February 2024.

Your last 10 years in the country satisfy the lawful residence requirement as you have had a valid visa since you were granted entry in the UK on the 01/01/2014. You need to satisfy all other requirements of course but your immigration history in the last 10 years seems ok to me.

2.I have had 3 passports since I came to the UK,would I have to upload all 3 including every page or just the current one please.
3.I paid for document scanning services. Would they just scan my supporting documents or upload it for me aswell.

1. Yes... a B1 English test used successfully for your ILR application can be re-used even if expired
2. Passports should cover the qualifying period of 3 or 5 years depending on which applies to you. Scan such passports in full to show stamps of entry to UK
3. They should do both scan and upload as you've paid for that service at the UKVCAS biometrics appointment. You should receive a confirmation email from UKVCAS on the same day that the documents have been submitted to 'UKVI'. (Note UKVCAS staff are not immigration professionals so ensure you have all the required evidence for the appointment if getting them to scan and upload for you)

Thanks for a quick response
I would be going the spouse 3 years route so am I right if I submit just my current passport . It was issued in 2020. And I have only travelled 3 times .
I only filled the 3years qualifying period on my application form.i guess there was no need for me to fill all my travel history since I came to the UK.
I just want to get it right for the first time.

Yes current passport should be enough... required for identity evidence and also to evidence when you've been in the UK (meet the absence criteria) if you got immigration stamps of entry when coming into the UK.
Yes on the form it will only have required your trips overseas during the previous 3 years given you selected having a British partner during the application. They will look to see if you meet the criteria for absences in the last 12 months and last 3 years (90 days and 270 days respectively) and that you were in the UK 3 years prior to application.
