Dear Members,

Hope all are well.

Address on Aadhar card (prior marriage) and expired passport (after marriage) are different. Is there any problem in relation to the naturalisation application that I made on 24.11.2023? . In addition, I have not mentioned this in the cover letter.

I have still not heard anything from UKVI and others have started to receive decision for biometrics done in December. We have done biometrics on 26.11.2023.

Thank you,

AB

Your Aadhar Card is completely irrelevant to a naturalisation application.

It can take up to 6 months!!

Home office asked for mandatory ID which was asking for national ID. And I had nothing apart from Aadhar card. Is there any issue? Please refer to the attached screenshot

It is irrelevant to the UK or any immigration application.

Only asking for it on the checklist as you ticked YES to the question, when you should have simply ticked NO.

This has nothing to do with how long your application will take. You cannot judge your timeline based on others, each application is assessed individually and it depends how long UKVI wait to get responses to their mandatory checks.
