Hello, I need your help!

I have filled my citizenship application form today, and submitted it. My UKVCAS appointment is scheduled but I realized that I made a mistake on this question,

"Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

I misunderstood the term "immigration application" as the "citizenship application", and I incorrectly answered "No." The answer should be "Yes."

How should I rectify this mistake? -

Write a covering note explaining the mistake and provide details of ALL your immigration applications in the UK or abroad (i.e. Visa type, date issued, ref number if available). If you can still load your documents load this covering note, or take it to the appointment and UKVCAS will load it.
