Name twice reflect on confirmation email from UKVCAS

Dear all,
Yesterday I have done my biometric appointment at UKVCAS and the confirmation email received with my name mentioned twice.
In my passport under Given Names my full name mentioned and Surname column is blank.
Lady from UKVCAS said that as in my passport only given name mentioned and they can't left blank my surname column of application form.
She mentioned my full name twice under Given Names as well as under Surname.
I am worried that in my naturalisation certification would my name come up twice?
Please help.
