Hi ,
I got my ILR on 30th Nov 2023 and my wife is still in Skilled Worker Dependant Visa. Our baby was born on 14th April 2024.
In order to apply for his British Passport, Do i need to apply for baby's citizenship and then apply for British Passport or Can i directly apply for baby's British Passport ?

Require to show entitlement to citizenship in this case via registration MN1 before can get first BC passport from HMPO.
