Hi - it’s been 4 months and I am still awaiting my decision on naturalisation. However, I met a friend who confused me, once I get naturalisation, when I apply for first british passport do I need:

1. Birth certificate (I was born in India before 1983)?
2. When I need to send my Indian passport along with naturalisation certificate for - my Indian passport has expired. Do I need to renew it first?
