Do any of these children live with you? PLEASE HELP

Hello,

I have a pressing matter about the question that follows the "Do you have any children whose birth parent is not your partner?" to which I need to answer Yes as I have a child.

However, I'm divorced and the child lives the majority of the year with the mum. However, we have an agreement so the child would spend at least 104 nights with me per year, even though the child spent even more nights than that with me.

Though, at the following question "Do any of these children live with you?" should I say "no", because the child stays at the mum's place more nights per year, or "yes" because the child in a way or another spends many nights at mine (having his own room and everything)?

More on this, when we renewed his EU passport, in the form I put my address. Could it be decisive for the "yes"? Though the child is registered at the mum's GP, so there they must have mum's address instead, that puts me again in a status of indecision.

PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS CONONDRUM.

Many many thanks in advance :)

Who is the responsible parent for the child - under a court order/legal divorce agreement?
That parent's address is the one to show.

Hi, I believe we are both.

from "https://www.gov.uk/parental-rights-resp ... %20divorce."

-----
If the parents of a child are married when the child is born, or ...

They both keep parental responsibility if they later divorce.
-----

That's never been put under discussion as we immediately agree on being both responsbile for the child.

You can say YES as you both have parental responsibilities. Child has 2 homes.
