Hi @Zimba

Here is my timeline.

2022 June, applied for accelerated ILR
June 2023, rejected after a year
Admin review was rejected in Aug 2023
Visa switched to Tier 2 skilled worker(care worker)
Got ILR superpriority today.

Few queries if You can help please @zimba

I have 2 UK born (no passport no visa) children born before my ILR

How do I get them british?? Can I apply for MN1?
I really don't know anything about this.

Do I have to make their indian passport??

Thanks again for the help and guidance throughout.

If the children are born in the UK, they are entitled to register directly as British citizens on Form MN1. I don't think they need to apply for an Indian passport if they were born in the UK and have never left the UK.

Once they are registered as British citizens, they can apply for a British passport.

They do not need an Indian passport. Just apply using form MN1
