Good Evening All,

I am currently in the process of jumping through the standard hoops of another visa application. I have received my ILR a few weeks ago and I'm now applying for my naturalisation as a British Citizen

As with other questions, i find myself second guessing myself a lot as the wording can be difficult.

I am the wife of a UK citizen and i have entered using the 5 year spouse visa route.

Please could someone confirm the official names of the 3 stages prior to naturalisation i need to enter under the section

Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad? (Yes)

Name in which you made the application
Indefinite leave to remain (ILR)

Name in which you made the application
Further Leave to Remain (FLR)

Name in which you made the application
Spouse Settlement / Leave to Enter

Are these the correct names of the applications ?

Many thanks in Advance

Pal

Name in which you made the application
Why do you put your application titles?
Pur your name!

Very fair question,

Main question is
Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

If yes is selected then the following questions are asked.

Name in which you made the application
Enter your reference number if known
Was this application made in the UK?
Were your fingerprints taken as part of this application?

I therefore thought / misread "Name in which you made the application" as the name of the visa stage e.g ILR.

So should i be entering my legal name. Silly me.

Many Thanks
Pal

Yes, this is your name. It's not the "application name", but your name.
