Naturalisation Application

Hello everyone,
First of all would like to thank everyone who contributes here. This Board has been very helpful throughout my immigration journey.
I received my ILR in 2016, it was complicated on 10 year long route, but all applications leading to ILR were in time. Now I am planning to go for naturalisation application and have few doubts.
1) Sometime in 2014 I received a suspended penalty for self assessment errors. This was actually incorrect advice given by accountant, who later on committed fraud and left/ran away from UK with multiple victims. HMRC was most probably aware of this as there were several cases. HMRC suspended penalty they issued to me for 2yrs and in June 2016 HMRC sent me NPPS11 form and penalty was cancelled. Do I need to declare this and where?, will this have any adverse affect on my application. Please note dates I received ILR in 2016 without any issues within 3 months but ILR and Naturalisation are different rules.
2) I am self employed and my deadline for current year submission is 31/01/2025 and I normally submit in November/december as its less busy period for myself. In the document section of naturalisation application it says "Mr Xs most recent tax year account statement and corresponding HMRC tax return as proof of self-employment" will my SA302 for 2022-2023 be fine or do I need to wait till I submit 2023-2024 assessment? Will the HMRC Notice to complete a self assessment tax return for 23-24 help as proof of self employment? My payments are up to date infact I make monthly payments in advance to avoid paying big amount at one go so currently I am in credit on HMRC account.
3) Both my referees are British and Director of their Ltd companies as far I read these meet the criteria please correct me if I am wrong.
4) Previous application section I dont have most of the reference numbers or Biometric dates due to length of time that has passed but I do have one specific home office reference no. which used to be on almost every single application/acknowledgement under "our ref". I have included this common ref no and my last ILR application reference no along with biometric date. Is this fine or do I have to include details for every single application. I understand Home office will do a thorough check and most probably will have all my details with refernce numbers etc but just wondering how much more information I need to enter in this section.
DOC list
1) All pages of my current and previous passport as proof of residence and absences (there are none in last 5+years). Should I add my council tax bills as well or passports are fine?
2) UK Degree
3) LIFUK certificate
4) Referee declarations
5) ILR BRP
6) SA302 for 2022-23, HMRC_ Tax year Overview 2022-2023 this has "Information as at 31 May 2024" on top along with my details and UTR.
Do I need anything else
Any insights or comments will be appreaciated.
Thank you
