Hey Guys,
I want to ask if AN can be refused if you are overstayed in last 10 years,

I think they have changed the Good character requirement and being overstay is not a problem anymore.

Can someone confirm it please?

Thanks

Yes you can be refused. Advise you wait for 10 years since your situation became regular.

ok Thanks

My visa was issued on 2016 but i sent application on 2014 it took two years to process the application.

In this case, when should I submit my application for naturalisation?

I would wait until 2026 just to be sure. You can request a SAR and see what it says. It is an expensive application at the end of the day.
