what is the correct order to enter full name in above field. There is not any field for first name so I believe full name has to be entered here but I dont know in what order?

Surname Firstname OR Firstname Surname

It's for surname/last name only.

The question before or after that is likely the Given or Other names question for first, middle etc names.

Also, you should be applying online and not using the paper form..
