Dear Experts,

Greetings! I was on Tier-2 Visa and after completion of 6 years in the UK, recently I've got Biritish Citizenship. My spouse and 11 years daughter (non UK born) holds ILR status, and we received both ILR BRP cards this week.

Could you please suggest and guide below ?

1. Can I directly apply and register 11 years old daughter's British passport or I have to wait another 12 months to follow naturalization process ?

2. Which category under British passport application form will be submitted for my daughter,'s case, as she's non uk born and I am holding British passport and wife holds ILR settled status. Will it be any other catergory or comes under MN1, MN2 or MN3 ?

3. Kinfdly share appropiate registration application link for my daughter case

1. Yes. You are applying to register her as British, required before a passport can be applied for.

2. Form mn1 and it is an application under discretion, option "Other".

3. Google Form MN1, it is an online form.

As per your reply, if I correctly understand ,that we don't need to wait for 12 month naturalisation process and directly register my daughter as British ?

You are correct, for children there's no waiting for 12 months.
Note children are registered (online form MN1), adults are naturalised (online form AN) - different requirements.
