Naturalisation of dependants

Hi I want to apply for my family naturalisation application.
Time line
My visa was tier 1 entrepreneur thn my family came 02.2019 as dependents.
I received passport in feb 2021.
My family applied for ILR in 11.2023 at that time my 3 kids has ages 10yrs 15yrs and the elder one is 17.11months.
Family received ILR in feb 2024. At that time elder son is 18yrs and 3 months other family members wife and 2 other kids under 16.
My questions
1 Can I apply for my whole family for naturalisation including my elder son or I ll wait for him for 1 yrs
2. if I apply for kids and elder son will be apply with wife application.

For your spouse and children under 18 yes. Your over 18 son has to wait 12 months on ILR.

2. if I apply for kids and elder son will be apply with wife application.

Under 18 kids yes. Over 18 son no, he needs to wait 12 months on ILR.

2 A LETTER OF CONSENT FROM SYED (SON NAME) PARENTS LEGAL GUARDIAN
YOU PLEASE HELP WHERE I CAN FIND THESE FORM OR IF YOU HAVE SPECIMEN TO DO IT PLEASE IF YOU CAN SHARE

You can use the format from the MN1 PDF form, Section 7 Page 27 - only the parents' sections 7.1/7.2 - fill in and scan with the other documents.
