Hi
I am looking some help for Apply for UK citizenship through ILR route

I have a question about my British citizenship by naturalisation. I will be eligible from 2nd SEP 2024.

1 Can i apply the British citizenship for me and my family the same time?
2. if i cannot apply the same time with me, How long after me, i can apply for my family?
3. What is the process for the British citizenship apply?
4. Are they need to wait for 12 months or can we apply immediately?
5. Could you please refer me step by step guide?.

Thank you
Kind Regards

Children under 18 yes, spouse and any dependents over 18 no. Your spouse can apply once you have become British. Any children over 18 have to wait 12 months on ILR.
2. if i cannot apply the same time with me, How long after me, i can apply for my family?
See #1 answer above.
3. What is the process for the British citizenship apply?
Apply online, read form AN Guidance notes. If anything is unclear, ask and we will advise. It is not a difficult application to make.
4. Are they need to wait for 12 months or can we apply immediately?
See #1 answer above.
5. Could you please refer me step by step guide?.
Read the guide and do a dummy run on the application for, ask questions if unclear.

You haven't mentioned if your spouse and children have ILR.

Your spouse and any children born outside the UK will need ILR before applying for naturalisation.

Your children under the age of 18 born abroad can apply with you if your spouse also has ILR.

Your spouse can apply either after they have had ILR for a year or they have ILR and you have received your naturalisation certificate.

Any children who have passed their 18th birthday need to wait a year after ILR to be naturalised.

The immigration pathway ends at ILR and naturalisation is not a part of the immigration process. It has different rules, requirements and laws.

This child can apply when you apply.

Your spouse can apply as soon as you become British, ie attend the ceremony.

For British Citizenship application process, Is there priority service or standard service only?

What is the actual processing time?

Thank you

There is no faster processing, only standard service. Citizenship is NOT an immigration application.
What is the actual processing time?
Anywhere between 2 to 3 months and 6 months, sometimes longer.

To add to CR001's answer above, Child 1 will have to naturalise and meet the same requirements as you, i.e. English language test, LITUK test, absence requirements, etc, when they apply after a year.

Child 2 can apply for registration as a British citizen, which has fewer requirements (no English language test, LITUK test, no absence requirements, etc). The requirements for registration of children born abroad tend to apply more to the parents (both parents and the child to have ILR, one parent to be applying to become a British citizen, etc) than to the child.
