Hi everyone,

I got my daughter's naturalization ceritifcate on 10th of April 2024. There was an error in her name (last name repeated twice). I went back to the application I've submitted and made sure that it was actually a mistake from the Home Office as I filled all her details correctly. All her other documentation (birth certificate and BRP) are showing her correct name.
I filled out RR form, attached certificate and documentation showing the correct name and it was recieved by HO on 17th of April 2024. However, it's been 3 months and I haven't heard back!
I've emailed FurtherNationalityEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk, NationalitySupportTeamFMT@homeoffice.gov.uk, citizenship.support@homeoffice.gov.uk, CT1CaseworkEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk, CT2CaseworkEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk, CT3CaseworkEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk & CT4CaseworkEnquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk and escalated the case with UKVI on 6th of June 2024.
The only response I got on my escalation is to send the details of my enquiry to 'citizenship.support@homeoffice.gov.uk' who I've already been emailing to ask for updates but got 0 responses and no update whatsover on the status of the certificate!
Please help if anyone has faced a similar situation what can I do to get any updates or escalate this further. I'm extremely frustrated as no one seems to respond and when I call UKVI they are not helpful and keep saying there is nothing they can do. Is there anyone else I can escalate this to? and if you've recently submitted RR form, how long did it take before you got back the corrected certificate? Appreciate the help. Thanks so much!

Have you lodged a complaint? It's election time right now but you could also involve your MP in July if you haven't made any headway.

Opinion with handling similar situation is to go at it from as many sides as possible with the believe at least one will stick.
Lodge complaint, write mails to listed addresses etc.
