Can child who is completed 10 years of residence in UK on dependent visa eligible for naturalisation ?

Both parents are having ILR status on Long residence route. Now we need to apply visa for son who also completing 10 years of long residence but born in India. Can he eligible for naturalisation ? If yes can you please help me in which category we can choose in MN1 application.

Yes child is having valid dependent visa .
