More information requested from Atlas, please help

Hello there,

European passport, settled status + 1 year

I need you help, I got an update of my british citizenship application requesting more information. This information is about all travels I made during the last year. Apparently there is a discrepancy of 400 days between their record and the records that I submitted.

They are asking me to provide all the flights, this will be the same as the one that I have sent during my application, so I don’t if this will make any difference.

I have sent them 75 payslips (months) with no gap, so I dont know where that data they have is coming from.

In the same email, they have asked me to confirm my name and dob.

Any thoughts about this? What could have happened? How I should proceed?

Thanks in advance for your help.

There could be a person with same name as yours. I suggest you reply to the HO with the list of trips, and all the data they are requesting as not doing it could jeopardise your application. I would also suggest you request a SAR to UKVI to have an official document that shows your entry/exit dates from the UK.

Sure, just collecting all flights I made, really hard, but I am pretty sure my information was accurate. I can make a mistake, but not for 400 days which is insane.

What I am worried about is that they have the information, I don’t know why they dont attach it, ir order to see where they could make a mistake. There is a hope that at least they didnt reject the application straight away.

For sure this will cause a huge delay…

Thanks for your answer.

It may be they have made a mistake, or there is another person with the same name as you and they want to double check. Send the information as accurately as you can - we don't unfortunately get to question their processes.
