Hi Team,

I qualify for ILR under the 10 year route next month and my kid was born in UK in 2020. He is currently on my dependant visa. As per rules, if the kid is born in UK and one of the parent has an ILR status, then the kid can apply for UK citizenship.

Can my ILR application and the citizenship application for my kid be applied at the same time? Appreciate your help. Cheers.

No, you can't apply at the same time.

You can apply for the child after your ilr is granted, that is the basis of a UK born child's entitlement to register, ie a parent who has been GRANTED ilr.
