PBS (Tier 2 Dependent) to ILR to British citizenship query

Hi,
I came to UK in May 2018 as PBS dependent as my spouse was on Tier 2 General visa,
My spouse got ILR in 2019 And British Citizenship in 2021 Jan,
I continued all my extensions as Tier 2 dependent visa and I recently got ILR approved in July 2024,
My questions
1) Do I have to wait for another 12 months before applying for naturalization or I can apply immediately
2) In case if I can apply immidiate then how many days of absents from UK they going to check, is it no more then 90 days in past 12 months from the date which I apply ?
Or
3) Is it no more then 270 days in last 3 years from the date of which I apply ?
4) Or is it both ?
5) If I apply today and I get biometric appointment tomorrow morning can I travel out of UK by evening flight while my Naturalization application is in progress as I don't have option to change the flight dates or time ?
