If HO requests additional proof of residence, how long do they give to submit it?

Hello,
I am one of those whose passport is not stamped on entry/exit (e-gates) so I need to provide additional proof of residence with my application. The guidance suggests to "supply letters from employers (including start and finish dates), payslips, P60s, educational establishments or other government departments indicating your presence in the United Kingdom during the relevant period".
From other posts on this forum it sounds like P60s should be sufficient. I have these for the time I was an employee - there was a short period during which I was only self-employed, although this period + my absences is less than 450 days anyway (assuming that a P60 counts as proof of residence for the full tax year to which it applies). So I was thinking to additionally submit my annual council tax bills. I have seen suggestions to also collect letters from employers and a HO Subject Access Request, but it seems unlikely I would be able to get these in the short period before my biometrics appointment.
Does what I have already sound sufficient? Or should I try to reschedule my biometrics so that I can collect additional evidence to upload before my appointment?
In the event that HO does request additional proof of residence, are they generally happy to wait as long as it takes for the additional evidence to be provided, or do they provide a fixed timeframe in which the evidence must be provided? (e.g., should I start collecting additional evidence now in case they require it?)
Many thanks.
