Documents required for first time British passport.

Hi,
Do I need to submit my birth certificate which I currently don't have when applying for a british passport ( first time) . I am an eu citizen and born outside UK ( before1983 ).

Birth certificate is not required.

This is not needed, as you fill up you will get request of required docum4nts to send to HMPO.
